I'm super passionate about empowering women to take control of their health.
I specialize in helping women navigate hormonal issues and gut health challenges using natural, holistic solutions. I believe that every woman deserves to feel balanced and vibrant, free from the discomfort and uncertainty that often comes with hormonal imbalances or digestive issues. By addressing the root causes and promoting overall wellness, I guide my clients towards sustainable health practices that support their body’s natural rhythms.

A little about me: I was born in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, and came to the States at a very young age and currently live in Houston, Texas.
My wellness journey started years ago when all five of my babies were little. I was homeschooling my kids and I was always looking for ways to treat minor aches, pains, colds, etc with natural means and my passion for holistic health began there. I began reading everything I could get my hands in terms of wellness and healing. It wasn’t until I had a horrible experience with having my hysterectomy in 2009 that I knew there had to be more to wellness than just removing one of my body parts – a truly special body part at that! I started experiencing massive pelvic pain all the time and I was diagnosed with a basketfull of fibroid tumors. The doctors only advice was surgery to remove not just tumors, but my uterus as well. Conventionally speaking, I should have been ok because according to allopathic medicine, my uterus (the cause of the problem) was gone, but boy, did I feel like crap! My hair even started to fall out and I faced a cascade of hormonal and emotional changes. I took matters into my own hands after the doctor looked at my bloodwork and said, everything was “fine and normal”. Thankfully, had it not been for that experience I probably would not be where I am today.
Credentials
After many years of raising and homeschooling her five children, Eva embarked on a nursing school journey. With all the science nursing prerequisites completed, Eva was accepted to Coleman HCC nursing program, but Eva changed gears and became a graduate of Hill College with a degree in Biology (with a Holistic Pathway). Eva is also a graduate of Restorative Wellness Solutions with Gastrointestinal Certification. Eva utilizes skills she has acquired through the years as a Clinical Herbalist and Holistic Nutritionist to bring about healing body, mind and spirit.
As a Holistic Wellness Professional, Eva is able to help clients achieve optimal wellness through the use of functional lab testing. Eva’s passion for herbal, natural healing began many years ago upon receiving Family Herbalist certification from Dr. Christopher’s School of Natural Healing.
Prior to attending Hill College, Eva completed Pre-Nursing studies at Houston Community College and attended the Nursing Program at Coleman College. Eva also received certification as a Community Health Worker from UT School of Public Health.
Eva is an active Wellness Advocate with Doterra and served as a Spiritual Mentor at The Source for Women – a pregnancy center that serves at-risk pregnancies.
Eva has many years of experience working as a Bilingual Medical Interpreter for several large hospitals including Harris Health (Ben Taub/LBJ) and Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas.
